Paranoia

Does Utah Jazz owner Larry Miller suffer from paranoia? He recently cancelled "Brokeback Mountain" at his movie theater.

Perhaps he thinks that if a movie about gay cowboys is shown, the young boys and all the cowboys in Utah will "turn gay".

Fucking paranoid.

I'd be curious to know the history of his pulling films... if this is the first time he's pulled something because he considered it offensive.

I wish I could remember the source for this... but I heard somewhere that this movie was incredibly offensive to cowboys. Not because of the whole gay thing, but because the movie called a couple of sheep hearders "cowboys" ;)

Now anything cowboy seems gay to me. If I see a horse -- Gay. A cowboy hat -- Gay. There's a new cable channel called RFD-TV, and they had "EXTREME COWBOY RIDING" on the other day, where this cowboy and his colt just ran around a marsh, drank some water, jumped some small logs, and the commentator really said "I'll tell you what" over and over. EXTREME GAY COWBOY RIDING!

I'm pretty certain that Extreme Gay Cowboy Riding (and Roping) is on ESPN 8 (the Ocho).

I know that I'd rather watch gay cowboys than the Jazz.
